UCSJ Helps with Town of Ridgway Clean-up Day

The town of Ridgway is having a clean-up day for cleaning public spaces—parks and streets—on SATURDAY, MAY 4 from 8:45 AM to Noon-ish. A group from UCSJ will help with the effort and we are asking you to give just a few hours to help out! We’ll meet at the church at 8:45 AM that day, and walk over to the park to be given an assignment for picking up trash or other similar jobs. Plastic bags and orange vests will be available for you, but please bring work gloves! (If you have an orange vest of your own, please bring that also.) Mission & Outreach team members Lucy Scholpp and Kate Kellogg are helping with this effort and Lucy will be spearheading our participation.
