Mountain and Mesa Adventure to Nucla and Uravan.  Ken Sloan has arranged another exciting excursion for us, offering a fascinating journey through southwestern Colorado’s stunning landscapes and rich mining history.

Facilitator will be Pam Larson and the book she has chosen to review is one of her all-time favorites: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by CS Lewis

Using an ancient rhythmic vocalization system, we will explore time and groove from many angles. Nonsense syllables instead of numbers help us feel rhythm and can help us to stay on the musical side of the brain. We will step, clap and vocalize together using this fun and accessible method to deepen our relationship with rhythm, music and life.
